The $500 deposit is required before we start any work, regardless of which plan you choose. It covers initial setup time and is applied toward your first month. It's a one-time payment — your monthly retainer starts after that.
Yes — upgrade or downgrade anytime. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. The deposit only applies once, not again when switching.
Cancel anytime before your next billing cycle — no cancellation fees. You keep everything: all site files, content, and access. The deposit is non-refundable once work has begun.
We accept all major credit cards, e-transfer, and PayPal. Invoices are sent at the start of each billing cycle.
It means your requests go to the front of the queue. We're a small team so we're honest — "ASAP" means same day or next morning depending on scope and our current load. It's not a 24/7 SLA, but it's the closest thing to one we offer.
No, and we won't pretend to. SEO included in these plans means honest on-page work — meta tags, alt text, local signals, keyword awareness, and speed. We don't run link-building campaigns or guarantee ranking positions. What we can do is leave your site in better shape than we found it.
